Privacy and confidentiality are of paramount importance to IXICO Limited (IXICO).  IXICO complies fully with Data Protection legislation e.g., UK Data Protection Act 1998 and strives to ensure compliance with applicable data protection/privacy legislation in all territories from which data may be received or transmitted to.  This applies to all personal and sensitive data and in all media. 

IXICO maintains an appropriate level of physical, electronic and managerial procedures in order to protect the data that it collects / receives, for example via maintaining computer equipment, networks, relevant electronic security protocols/programs and documentation to a high standard and restricting access to equipment and information to appropriate staff.
